JASON SHEINBERG, Esq.
Jason Sheinberg is the founder of the Sheinberg Law Group. His practice is specific to trust and estates and is centered on the drafting of wills and trusts, trust and probate administrations, asset protection, Medi-Cal planning, conservatorships and guardianships. Jason works with families to make sure their estates are properly planned, and also with beneficiaries and fiduciaries to see to it that the estates are properly administered.
Jason is a member of the State Bar of California, the San Diego County Bar Association, the Estate Planning Section of the State Bar of California and the University of San Diego Planned Giving Committee. He received his J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2003 and a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of San Diego in 2000. He is admitted to practice in California, U.S. District Court for the Southern and Central Districts of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Jason was born and raised in Los Gatos, Calif., and went to Bellarmine College Preparatory in San Jose, Calif. In his free time, Jason enjoys traveling and spending time with his beloved wife, Sara, his twin boys Blake and Evan.

NATHANIEL Z. CONLEY, Esq.
Nate Conley is an associate attorney at Sheinberg Law Group. His practice focuses on wills, trusts, and probate. Nate works hard to ensure that each client’s estate plan is customized to their own needs and wishes, and drafted specifically to avoid the many problems that often arise in trust and probate administrations.
Nate is a member of the State Bar of California and an active member of the San Diego legal community. He works with a large network of attorneys and other trusted professionals, so that if his clients need outside services, he can get them to the right person quickly and efficiently.
Nate grew up in Kailua, Hawaii and attended college at Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. After graduation, he spent 3 years in the U.S. Army as a medic, including one deployment to Iraq, before attending law school at DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois. He then moved to California and settled in San Diego. In his spare time Nate enjoys movies, reading, writing, running, and playing pool. He spends most of his time hanging out with his wife, Annie, and their 2 children, Luke and Noah.

SARA SHEINBERG
Sara Sheinberg, our Firm Director/CFO handles the operations of the firm as well as servicing our client’s needs. With over 15 years of experience in Finance, Sara has helped many individuals plan their future and the future of their children, grandchildren and parents. Sara’s experience not only allows her to manage the financial operations of the firm, but also provides our clients with a unique perspective when it comes to banking and all matters relating to the financial dealings involved in estate administrations.
A proud California native and raised in Los Angeles, Sara attended the University of California, Santa Barbara where she studied Communications. As a dedicated wife and mother, she enjoys her time with family & friends, with her twin boys Blake & Evan and her mother, Faye. When Sara isn’t behind the desk, you can find her on her Yoga mat, throwing together culinary delights or working on her latest craft project.

DANIEL F. MORRIN, Esq.
Dan has been practicing trust and estate law in San Diego since 1985. He is one of a select few attorneys in San Diego County who have been certified as a specialist in estate planning, trust, and probate law by the State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization. Dan’s experience spans the spectrum of estate types, from simple to complex. Dan sensitively and conscientiously guides clients through the loss of loved ones and the disability of children and ailing parents. Dan has been involved in estates from the planning stage, through settlement of trusts, to defense of the estate tax return upon IRS audit.
Dan has held a real estate broker’s license since he was involved in his family’s real estate business in the 1980s. He advises buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. Dan advises clients on the formation of business entities, such as family limited partnerships, limited liability companies and corporations, and advises the owners on the start-up through sale of their businesses.
Dan’s broad life and business experiences make him a preeminent lawyer and counselor-a source of confidence and trust for you and your family. Dan has held the highest rating from his peers (AV by the Martindale-Hubbell directory) for well over ten years.
Dan is a native San Diegan and a graduate of St. Augustine High School, the University of California at San Diego (cum laude), and the University of San Diego School of Law (law review member and author). Dan is a member of the California State Bar (member of the Trusts and Estates Section) and the San Diego County Bar Association (member of the Estate Planning and Elder Law Sections). Dan remains an active part of each of the schools from which he has graduated and other charities through his volunteer activities. Dan has four children, is an avid golfer, and lover of history and travel.
